Diana Oshorun speaks at the Presidents Society Dinner and the College of Arts and Sciences’ Board of Visitors Meeting

November 7, 2017: Diana Oshorun was one of three students selected university-wide to give a speech at the annual Presidents Society Dinner. The Presidents Society dinner celebrates Georgia State’s biggest supporters and contributors. As the recipient of the Inaugural Thomas and Wendy Reiman Scholarship and several other university-wide scholarships, Diana spoke about her success and transformation as a student and how these scholarships have helped her throughout her undergraduate career at GSU.

October 20, 2017: Diana Oshorun was selected as the student speaker for the annual Board of Visitors meeting at the new Creative Media Industries Institute, where she had the chance to: have lunch with Thomas Reiman, her scholarship donor; participate in a private tour of the new institute; and thank her scholarship donor and the College of Arts and Sciences for their support and generous contribution towards her education.

Diana Oshorun is a GSU’s Honors College student. She is currently completing a BA in English with a minor in French. She is also the President of Sigma Tau Delta, International English Honor Society. In 2016, she served as a Student Ambassador for the South Atlantic Center.
