Dr. Gladys M. Francis was invited to present her scholarship on Creolization at the Creolizing Dance in a Global Age Conference organized by King’s College London and Serendipity. Her lecture entitled “Africa and the French Antilles – Between Négritude and Créolité in Dance” was a success – London, United Kingdom, May 2014.
Dr. Gladys M. Francis is the Invited Guest Editor of a Special Issue on “Sex, Love, Gender and Trauma in Caribbean Literary and Artistic Productions” with the electronic scholarly journal Vents Alizés.
